EV brake pads and brake shoes production base is located in Hengshui City, Hebei Province, China, close to high-quality and cost-effective raw material production bases and long-standing product production processes and technologies. Brake Disc & Brake Drum Factory

EV brake disc factory is located in Longkou, Yantai City, Shandong Province. All products follow OE production standards. We can produce discs, ventilated discs, scored and punched discs, sprayed discs, and brake drums according to customer needs. We use precision CNC machine tool technology, precise dimensions, and standard weights. The products do not shake or deviate. EV pays attention to customer needs, strictly customizes production according to customer requirements, and has a strong after-sales team to escort customers. Clutch Cover & Clutch Disc Factory 

EV specializes in manufacturing clutch systems for new energy vehicles at our Shandong production base. Equipped with automated robotic welding and precision laser balancing (≤0.3g), we produce 2 million units annually, IATF 16949 certified. Our product range includes: 1) Durable clutch covers (200,000+ cycles); 2) Eco-friendly clutch discs (asbestos-free, REACH compliant) in Standard, Hybrid Lightweight (-25% weight), and Performance (+40% heat resistance) versions; and 3) Smart clutch assemblies with speed sensors. With 30 years' expertise, we offer 5-day prototyping, custom splines (10-36 teeth), and supply major NEV makers. Specializing in hybrid lightweight, high-performance carbon-ceramic, and heavy-duty (2000Nm) solutions, all products come with a 3-year/100,000km warranty for reliable power transmission.
